Last time we stopped we had a newly decorated, spotless room with 2 “ queen ” beds.

The staff were super friendly and amiable, always willing to help with our requests. I liked having a writing table and a nice balcony in the room. The beautiful decor and exceptionally comfortable bed made our stay really nice.

The breakfast was crazy over priced. Payed way to much for a couple eggs and fruit. I was promised secure parking for cargo I was hauling through town but after arriving found it was not available. It was untouched but didn't rest easy knowing it was in the far back of dark parking lot. Room felt like a dorm, nasty looking floor and plenty hair left in bathroom.

The location was great for where we needed to be.

Found a live spider in my bed, didn't get breakfast package, room wasn't very clean, took a very long time to get the water warm.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the two employees at check-in who remained calm and kind despite it being super busy. The lobby, guest room, and on-site facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was perfect, right on the San Marcos golf course and in the heart of Chandler's downtown square. It was also convenient for transportation, with easy access to Sky Harbour airport. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of breakfast and the attentive service provided by the friendly waitress. Additionally, the pool and lounge areas were comfortable and enjoyable. this hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and the exceptional staff.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable! We had a great time exploring the vibrant Chandler neighborhood with many restaurants and stores nearby. Our room was spacious and clean, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the well-maintained grounds and the beautiful lobby.

While we did encounter some minor issues with towels and parking, overall I'd recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Chandler.
